Habits

The way you feel, think, speak and act everyday are second nature to you.

Don't wait until there is some trauma, drama or desperation in your life to change your habits. Choose a habit that you're willing to break. Start with a small habit. Make a commitment to change and create a positive and good habit.

Bad habits are a strong invisible prison. You are a creature of habit. The word "creature" is derived from the word "create." Your habits "create" success or stress. They determine the quality of our life.

Your unconscious choices and responses are your habits. If you could break just one predictable and comfortable habit, it could open up your mind to creativity, problem solving, more energy, better health, more income, love, better relationships and less stress.

Don't give your power away by blaming the enemy for tempting you. Look in the mirror. Change begins with you. You can start anytime you desire. Just don't wait until you are sick, tired, broke, busted and disgusted.

Become accountable for your own choices.
